Cancellation Policy:

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, it can be cancelled, and a refund will be processed. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse to accept it at delivery.

Visit the ‘My Orders’ page and select ‘Need Help’ to cancel the order. Please note that you can only cancel the order before it is dispatched.

If cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 1 day, and the bank may take 5-7 days to credit the amount. If you refuse delivery, the refund is processed immediately after the product is returned to us within 2 days and the refund will be credited to you within 5-7 Business days.

In case of damage product we need unboxing video is mandatory to claim return & exchange offer.

Coupon abuse may result in order cancellation. Only one coupon is allowed per order.

We will provide you a coupon within 2 days after return and it will be valid for 10 days.

One exchanges approved we will provide you exchanged products within 3-5 business days.

In case the assigned gift for a giveaway runs out of stock, we’ll replace it with another item of equal or higher value from our collection. The offer is valid only on Zaid Imitation Jewellery website or app. Returns/exchanges are not available for giveaways or freebies.

In case of damage:

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else Zaid Imitation Jewellery will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
